Cricket Formats Explained
Before you start cricket betting at ace565, it is worth understanding the differences between the various formats.
T20
20 overs per team. Matches generally finish in 3 to 4 hours. The most popular betting format — live betting, match winner, top batter and total runs markets are the most widely available.
ODI (One-Day)
50 overs per team. Matches last 6 to 8 hours. Top bowler, time of first wicket and Man of the Match markets are popular.
Test
5 days, 90 overs per day. A draw result is also possible. Series winner, day-by-day runs markets and innings total betting are available.
The Hundred
A 100-ball format played in England. Similar to T20 but faster-paced. New types of markets are emerging around this format.
Popular leagues: BPL, IPL, BBL and PSL — betting on all these leagues is available at ace565. Bangladeshi players show particular interest in Bangladesh Tigers international matches.

RTP and House Edge Explained
RTP or Return to Player is a long-term statistical measure for a game — the percentage of total wagers that the game returns to players on average. For example, if a game has an RTP of 96%, there is an average chance of ৳96 being returned for every ৳100 wagered over the long term.
The RTP range typically varies by game type. Slots generally fall between 92% and 98%, blackjack can reach close to 99%, and roulette is usually around 94% to 97%. However, these figures are based on averages across millions of spins or rounds, so results in any single session can be entirely different.
House edge is the flip side of RTP — it represents how much the casino retains over the long term. The higher the RTP, the lower the house edge, which means more favorable conditions for the player. It is wise to check a game's RTP before playing, as it helps set realistic expectations.
Keep in mind that RTP is a probability indicator only. It does not guarantee a win; rather, it helps you make informed decisions. All games at ace565 are operated with fair play certification from accredited providers.
How to Read Odds
Decimal Format
Decimal odds are used at ace565 and most online betting sites. Example: placing a ৳500 bet at odds of 1.80 returns ৳500 × 1.80 = ৳900 if you win (stake included). Net profit is ৳400.
Implied Probability
To convert odds into probability: 1 ÷ odds × 100. Example: odds of 1.80 → 1 ÷ 1.80 × 100 ≈ 55.6%. This means the market estimates that team's chance of winning at 55.6%.
Fractional and American
Fractional odds (e.g. 4/5) are the British style — profit ÷ stake. American odds (+150 or -120): a positive number shows profit on a ৳100 bet, while a negative number shows how much you need to stake to win ৳100.
Bankroll Management Guide
- Set a budget: Decide on a separate budget for gaming that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Treat this amount as a monthly entertainment expense.
- Divide into sessions: Split your total budget into smaller session portions. Avoid putting the entire budget into a single session — use a maximum of 15 to 20% of your total budget per session.
- 1–5% per-bet rule: Each individual bet should not exceed 1% to 5% of your total bankroll. This reduces the risk of a single bad outcome wiping out your entire fund.
- Stop after a win: Set a specific winning target. Once you reach it, end that day's session. Taking bigger risks on the back of a winning streak is harmful in the long run.
- Stick to a loss limit: Stop playing for the day once you have lost a set amount. Chasing losses with rushed, larger bets is the most common mistake.
- Track your history: Keep a record of wins and losses. This helps you understand which games, at which times, give you the best results and where you are losing the most.
